Warranty Claim Process
Step 1 — Submit a Claim
Provide:- Proof of purchase
- Photos/videos
- Serial number
- Order number
Step 2 — Evaluation
Claims reviewed within 7–10 business daysStep 3 — Resolution
If approved:- Repair or replacement
- Comparable model if original unavailable
- Repaired/replacement items inherit remaining warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer)
- Warranty does not restart
No refunds.
