Warranty Coverage:

Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Boards

  • Coverage Duration: 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including seams, valves, and deck pad adhesion.
  • What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, punctures or damages caused by external objects, improper use, exposure to extreme temperatures, or modifications.

 

Paddles, Pumps, Fins, and Leashes

  • Coverage Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

 

Warranty Claim Process

  • Submit a Claim: Customers must submit a warranty claim via our website or email, including proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect.
  • Evaluation: Our team will review the claim and determine eligibility within 7-10 business days.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable product.

 

Additional Terms:

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
  • Kino Outdoor Adventure Gear reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the product shows signs of neglect or improper use.
